Announcement: Test-Rite’s German acquisitions 

Test-Rite (2908 TT/TW) announced it will acquire three of its German trading affiliates and associated warehousing and distribution businesses of a garden specialist for a total of € 7.7mn (approximately NT$300mn). Test-Rite will leverage the companies’ resources to establish a pan-European hub in Germany in order to provide more efficient and value added services for its European customers.
