Acquire right-of-use asset of partial land and its real estate

at land serial no.149, Jia Bao section, Taibao city,

Chiayi County from related party Tone Sang Construction Corp.

Leasing area is around 437.42 Taiwanese ping.

Total amount of right-of-use asset is NTD 54,388,819.

The price assessed in accordance with the Article 16 of the

Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal of Assets

by Public Companies is NTD 70,487,686.

4.Reason for change and its main content:

After the negotiation of the lease period, the effective date

is adjusted from 2024/5/15 to 2024/7/15, and due to the lease

conditions adjustment, the updated amount of right-of-use assets

is NTD 60,354,526. The updated price assessed in accordance with the

Article 16 of the Regulations Governing the Acquisition and Disposal

of Assets by Public Companies is NTD 73,971,489.
