Board of Directors approves CipherLab USA/Syntech West merger

CipherLab held a directors board meeting today, at which a merger was approved of our two wholly-owned operating subsidiaries in the US, Syntech West and CipherLab USA. In order to enhance service capacity and decrease operating expenses, CipherLab USA will take over the entire assets and liabilities of Syntech West so that the latter ceases to exist as a legal entity. The transaction is expected to be complete by late 2007.
