Effective the first of January in 2008, Sherman Chuang, the incumbent Chief Administrative Officer, assumed his new responsibilities of the President in the company. He was an experienced senior executive and was committed to spend all efforts to extend the success of CipherLab. At the same time, Stephen Gong, the relieved President, was invited to take the position of the Chief Technology Officer to continuously direct the development of corporate competence in technology.
