Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., Dec. 16, 2008 – CipherLab's Board of Directors today approved the plan to investment and restructure the oversea branches and subsidiaries :

1. To close our service center in Leeds, UK.  The activities previously assigned to the service center in UK will be moved to regional partners or distributors to improve efficiencies and benefit from reduced costs.

2. To inject fund to DACH branch in Monchengladbach, Germany.  The DACH branch is specifically to coordinate and increase CipherLab sales in DACH regions.

3. To inject fund to USA subsidiary—CipherLab USA, Inc in Delaware, USA.  The USA subsidiary is specifically to coordinate and increase CipherLab sales in Americas market.
