CipherLab, under the new share buyback program as announced on December 28, 2010, hereby announces that it has repurchased 1,445,000 shares or represent 2.04% of the number of issued shares from December 29, 2010 till now.
The shares were repurchased at an average price of NT$ 38.42 and for a total amount of NT$ 55,523,757.
