The Board of Directors of GAMANIA decided to conduct capital decrease for the buyback of treasury stocks

The final date for treasury stock Gamania bought back for transferring to its employees is due. In accordance with the regulation, Gamania needs to retire the treasury stocks and hence reduce capital by NT$50,000,000. Total capital will be NT$1,468,786,900 following the reduction.
