GAMANIA Board of Directors Approves to issue employee stock options

Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., November 14, 2007 –GAMANIA’s Board of Directors today held a Board of Directors meeting, at which the Board approved to issue a total of 12,000,000 employee stock options as a form of incentive compensation for employees in the following years.
