The License Agreement of online game title “Chi Bi” is made effective as of June 4, 2008 between Perfect World Co., Ltd. and GAMANIA's subsidiaries.

GAMANIA's subsidiaries, Taiwan Index Corporation(TIC) and Gamania Digital Entertainment(H.K.), have entered two seperate licensing agreements with Perfect World Co., Ltd to operate its three kingdom game, Chi Bi, in Taiwan and Hong Kong+ Macau, respectively.
